Whenever it happens to me I click on client and do "ctrl -" and "ctrl +" on numpad to make the client resize itself. You can try resizing it and it should fix itself or at least partially fix itself. Another option is to grab League Unglitch and simply click "restart client" after game. It only restarts graphical interface without relaunching

Usually this means that another application is taking priority at some point. Especially happens for me when Windows pops up a notification in the bottom right.
