What else, I din't find it hard to expand with the ridiculously generous payouts for jobs, actually I never hired a single driver for my TMP profiles where I have all the garages, every truck and trailer I want, except Promods, where I have 2 or 3 drivers and garages, but I don't use that much. I just like to drive not build an empire. For example, my first truck was the cheapest Renault. I bought a Volvo (second cheapest I think) and gave the Renault to my driver. Then I bought a Scania (again second cheapest) and gave the Volvo to another driver. I upgraded the Renault since it was 380HP and the Volvo and Scania are ~550HP. I go with "bigger is better" :P This happened with 2 drivers,one having a fridge trailer when it lost the money. I tried to reload the last auto-save and fire the driver there,but even if i do that the same driver that is fired is still losing the money. I even tried to sell the truck before it happened,but nothing changed. I'm quite sure I've been on roads where a lot of the drivers are on multiple times (I've made multiple journeys using the Channel Tunnel for example and a lot of the drivers seem to also do that regularly too) yet I've not actually seen them on the roads, my only indications that they are driving are the Truck, Trailer and Driver Managers. I have 227 drivers right now, but I stil have many garages with trucks that are not working because I have no drivers available.
