My active 2 watch is stuck on water lock mode. I have held down power button on watch but it only comes up to Samsung Pay, but the icon for the water lock stays on screen and I can not do any features on the watch. It keeps time, but that's it. I cant get it out of water lock mode. Anyone else have this happen or any ideas of how to fix this issue?
1. Open the Samsung Health app. When you receive the first Galaxy Watch 3 update, you will see the SpO2 feature in the Samsung Health app. Samsung Health app is already pre-installed on your watch, so open it. 2. Scroll down to the workout & health options. The Samsung Health app contains lots of health functions. I have an active 2 as well. I thought that they Oxygen tracker was for any type of watch. it only means that anyone with an active 2 has to spend more money on either a 3 or higher just to get the feature. I just wish that the samsung company can update it for all or any type of watch.
Active 2 with water lock mode. Your smart watch is always ready for a dip. Just make sure you turn on Water lock mode to prevent accidental touches on your screen. It will also prevent you from accidentally activating your watch with a wake-up gesture while you're swimming. Active 2 with water lock mode.
Hello. Hoping you can help. I turned on waterlock mode and went for a swim today with family so just a leisurely pool swim. After I got out I turned off water lock mode and as I did the screen went green, flickered and looked like it had shorted out. The phone still vibrates when I receive messages or it charges but the screen remains blank.
